Shipping Speed
Average shipping time for orders is 7-14 business days.

This is an estimated average, and may vary, especially during holidays. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products.

Item Information

Unless stated otherwise in the item description, we use Gildan 100% cotton t-shirts and Gildan 100% cotton hoodies and sweatshirts. 

Our items are DTG (Direct-To-Garment) printed with water-based eco-friendly inks. We use a special solution in the printing process, so don't worry if you notice a scent or slight discoloration when you first receive your product. This is normal and after one wash, this will disappear. 

Returns/Exchanges

Loudmouth Threads does not currently offer returns, exchanges or order cancellations under any circumstance. All of our items are made-to-order pieces that begin processing as soon as your order is placed. Please understand that we are small business. We do not have a warehouse or keep stock. 

Because of this, we are unable to cancel or refund an item once it has been ordered. If you have any questions or concerns about our items, please reach out to us before placing an order to avoid any confusion.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with USPS tracking information at the email address you provided at checkout.

Unfortunately, as the sender we are not given any additional information or control over packages once they are in the hands of the USPS, and any issues with tracking must be handled through USPS directly. 

Email Information

We try to respond to all emails within 24-48 hours on business days. If it is a weekend or holiday, we will respond on the next available business day.

For any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us directly through the contact page on our site or by sending an email to [email protected]. Due to the influx of messages everyday, we do not always respond to instagram DMs. Email is the only way to guarantee we see your message. 

Issues With USPS

Order marked as delivered but didn't arrive: As long as the address you provided at checkout is correct, this is usually the result of USPS prematurely scanning the item as delivered. In most cases, the item will arrive within a few days of being marked as delivered. If not, the next step would be to contact USPS directly.

Did not reciever tracking info: If you have not yet receieved tracking information over 7 days since your order was placed, please reach out to us at [email protected] so that we can provide you with an update on your order status. Some items take longer than others to process. 

Unfortunately, as the sender we are not given any additional information or control over packages once they are in the hands of the USPS.

LMT is not responsible for any items lost or stolen once they have been handed over to the USPS and any delivery issues must be handled by USPS directly. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered by USPS.

We can not help with orders over 6 months old.
